How to Get Help Fast

1. Join our EvilSMP Discord.

2. Open a ticket in #support and select Store / Payment.

3. Include the following information:

   • Your Minecraft username

   • Your Tebex transaction ID (found in your receipt email, usually starting with tbx-)

   • What you purchased and what went wrong

Before You Open a Ticket

• Join the server once. Some items are only delivered while you are online.

• Double-check that you entered the correct Minecraft username during checkout.

• Read our FAQ. Your question may already be answered there.

Payment Problems

For payment issues such as a declined card, a duplicate charge, or a missing receipt, you can also contact Tebex directly through the Tebex Payment History page.

Response Time

We aim to respond to support tickets within 48 hours, usually much sooner.
