FAQ

EvilSMP Store FAQ

How long does delivery take?

Usually 1–5 minutes. Some items require you to be online on the server and will be delivered the next time you join. If your purchase hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, contact Support.

Which username should I use?

Enter your exact Minecraft username. Capital letters don't matter, but spelling does. Bedrock players must add a dot before their username, for example .Steve.

Can I buy something for a friend?

Yes! Select a package, click Gift to a friend, and enter your friend's Minecraft username. You can also purchase a gift card and send them the code.

How do I use a gift card or coupon?

During checkout, enter your code under Redeem coupons / gift cards. You can check your gift card balance in the store sidebar.

Which payment methods can I use?

All payments are processed securely by Tebex. Depending on your country, available methods may include credit or debit cards, PayPal, Paysafecard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. The options available to you will be displayed at checkout.

Can I upgrade my rank?

Yes! If a rank has an upgrade discount, you only pay the difference between your current rank and the new one. Log in before purchasing so the store can recognise your existing rank.

Do ranks stay after a reset?

Permanent ranks remain after a season reset. In-game coins, items, and land may be reset when a new season begins. Check each package description for details.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Use the cancellation link in your Tebex receipt email or the Tebex payment portal. Your perks generally remain active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Please read our Refund Policy for information about refund eligibility. If something goes wrong with your purchase, contact our support team before opening a payment dispute.

I bought something but received nothing. What should I do?

Join the server, wait a few minutes, and check again. If your purchase is still missing, open a ticket on our Discord server and include your Minecraft username and Tebex transaction ID.
