EvilSMP Terms & Conditions

By purchasing anything from the EvilSMP store, you agree to these terms, the EvilSMP server rules, and the Tebex Terms & Conditions. Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record.

  1. Your Account

  • Enter your exact Minecraft username when purchasing. Items are delivered to the username you provide. We cannot transfer purchases sent to an incorrectly entered username.

  • Bedrock Edition players must add a dot before their username (for example, .Steve).

  • You must own the Minecraft account or have the account owner's permission to make a purchase for it.

  • If you are under 18, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing.

  1. Virtual Items and Purchases

  • All store items are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Purchases grant you a licence to use the relevant items on EvilSMP. You do not own the virtual items themselves.

  • Ranks, perks, coins, and cosmetics may be changed, rebalanced, or removed when necessary to maintain server balance and operation. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes.

  • Seasonal resets and map wipes may reset in-game currency, items, and progress. Permanent ranks remain permanent unless the relevant package description states otherwise.

  1. Server Rules

  • Purchasing a rank or other item does not exempt you from the EvilSMP server rules. Staff may mute, kick, or ban any player, including paying players.

  • If you are banned for violating the server rules, access to purchased perks may be suspended while the ban remains in effect. A ban does not automatically entitle you to a refund; any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

  • Selling or trading store items for real money or for items on other servers is prohibited.

  1. Subscriptions

  • Subscription packages renew automatically until cancelled.

  • You can cancel a subscription using the link in your Tebex receipt email or through the Tebex payment portal.

  • Your subscription benefits generally remain active until the end of the period you have paid for, subject to these terms and applicable law.

  1. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you experience a payment or delivery problem, please contact our support team before opening a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Fraudulent purchases or abusive payment disputes may result in restrictions on your EvilSMP account, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or payment provider rules.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated terms take effect. Any changes affecting existing purchases will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
